Black viruscontrol window

Hi
I updated my Virus Ti to the latest driver and since that i can't see anything in VirusControl , it only appears a black window. I use last OSX version . It ocurrs in Ableton Live as AU and in Cubase 4 as VST. I tried to uninstall all information related to the virus with the included uninstaller and install all again with no success. I don't know what more i can do.

uninstall, repair permissions and install again.

Hei thanks, but this isn't working.. Access support tell me the same.. Maybe i'm doing it wrong but i don't think it.
First I uninstall with the uninstaller included, then i check permissions with disk utility, and after i reinstall.. it's ok, true?

well, i think that i will need to reinstall all..

i have the same problem that you ,in logic 8 volume license with mac osx 10.5.5 the virus control is blac
no work .... i send some emails to acess , im make the repar of disk permissions but it no come back to work my virus in logic , really i dont know what i make anymore...if some brother that had the same problem that me and made virus work tell me please , i dont know anymore what i do....
