Just going to listen to your demo.....currently downloading. Thanks for posting...
How are you finding the synth? Sonically satisfying? My only reservation is that it uses 3396 curtis chips.....and these were never reveered at the time (1984 when they were first designed)....but your demo is making think differently :D
Please rate the synth out of 10.....
Thanks

If I had to rate it on a scale of 1-10 I'd probably have to say 8/10 overall but realistically, considering it's price it's really a 10/10. To have these kinds of sonics from a $400 analog synth with an LCD screen, patch memory and a software editor.....that's pretty unreal.

I've had mine a couple of weeks and I love it.
I think the software editor is excellent and I am wondering how they can improve it when they bring out the one you pay for!
The only negative things that I would say are the front panel knobs have to be turned four times to go from one extreme to the other. And the other thing I don't like is, for example, the cut-off goes from 0 to 164 so using an external controller doesn't use the full range of the control.
These are very small problems on an instrument that is so cheap but sounds so good. I fully expect someone to tell me that you can change the way it works to solve the two points I have raised.
Great demo, by the way, it shows a good range of sounds from the Mopho.
Cheers,
Dave.
Goes down pretty deep, doesn't it! Two subs per osc.
I liked the riffs at the end (2:55+), could easily imagine that in a trance mix or similar.

Cool little demo of the thing Plaid.
These things are so cheap for what they are. I am going through a re-organize of studio gear, so I may have to sell something and pick one up I reckon.
