Hi all,

I've been playing pro keyboards since the mid 80's, and recently brought my equipment up-to-date with a Korg M3 and Motif XS.

The M3 was sooooo great that I decided to part with the XS, as I really wasn't using it.

My next purchase, hopefully this month, will be a Virus TI but as yet I am undecided as to which one (and will wait to see what NAMM brings :)).

Do you use the Radias board on the M3? Its nice for some sounds, but you have to get yourself a Virus. Even if there is a new model announced at NAMM, it won't be available yet and could be a challenge with its first OS versions. Plus I don't think that some totally new model makes the TI obsolete overnight. The TI 2.7 OS is extremely stable and of course the sounds from the TI you can't get anywhere else.

Your choices for TI are very simple. Do you need it with a keyboard and then which size do you want? Next, go out and buy one, you won't regret it.

I'd wait till Namm at least. You'd kick yourself if the TI MK2 came out 2 months after you bought a shiny new TI.
