VIRUS SNOW snap crackle and pop [unsolved]

hi there , having some issues with my snow , im using it as sound card in ableton and but when i play around with the snow i get quiet crackles in back ground , im on version 2.7.3 and updated other day to latest but was worse so have gone back to this one but still no good , any help ? cheers in advance ;)

Have you tried higher latency settings to see if that solves it?

have updated to os3 all seems ok for the time being will give it a few more days , fingers crossed

Out of interest, was this when just playing the Virus, or when freezing/rendering it? If the latter, this is a limitation of Live and you need to record it as an audio track.

this happens whilst playing the virus suite , all is ok if i play the virus out 1 l/r but when i go through usb 1 l/r i get crackles , theres no crackles when i use the virus soundcard for audio samples in ableton too , it looks like i need a new soundcard for my set up , bit annoying really hmmmm

Sounds like your ASIO sample size is set too small.

Have you tried adding milk? (OLOLOLOL!! :P)

try to use another USB port. if that doesn't help, get in touch with access support - they can help you our for sure.
