Does LFO Rate knob info transmit via midi?

I never had any luck with that in VC, but since I tossed VC out the window it seems nearly all parameters automate via midi.

I think LFO rate does not transmit, as it is difficult to find in the mod matrix as well.

It's in the matrix under LFO, why is it hard to find?

LFO1 Rate = CC 67
LFO2 Rate = CC 79
LFO3 can be connected to a MIDI CC under mod matrix.

The controller is disabled if the LFO is in sync mode though.
Modulation of LFO whilst under sync is something I have desired since 1998.
