Can u buy replacement knobs?

When I got my TI a couple of years ago it came with one extra gray knob with a red line.Dont know what its for but can i buy more or purchase the lighter colour polar knobs. While Im at it Black wooden side panels.

I was wondering what the extra knob with a red line was for too.
