I know there are a lot of Logic users on the forum.. so...
what mechanism does Logic use for authorization? I am considering the purchase, but I would like to be able to use it on both my laptop and my desktop.
what's the story?
thanks in advance.

what sort of mechanism does it use? do you have to register it online or something to make it work? password? challenge/response?
I don't want to have to use a hacked copy or anything... just want to buy the software and install it on both of my computers.

Hi Teeth,
You get a serial number in the box with Logic 8,just type it in when your prompted and bingo it will work.
From what i remember you don't have to register but you my as well as you get support for 3 months(i think)
And there is no challenge and response rubbish.
