Browse of parameters list in FL Studio, explain please why are they all the same?

I need to automate Filter2 Cuttoff but I don't have it in the list.

I need to automate Filter2 Cuttoff but I don't have it in the list.

If you look at the number in brackets beside each parameter, you will notice they are different. Those are the different part numbers. Parts 1-16 each have the same parameters which can be automated. If you select a part number from within VC, right click on a control that is not currently listed, you will also have the opportunity to add that parameter to the list. The part number will be in brackets like shown above.
