Standby Mode and Ti OS 3

Hi all

I've noticed since the 3 beta when I tour on the studio power my Ti desktop doesn't stay in standby mode as I left it it just boots as if I left it on. I'm sure it used to stay in standby mode? Anyone confirm if I'm loosing my memory or being observant...
