I have just bought the Desktop TI2 and noticed that different to earlier versions there was no rackmounting kit included.

Question: Is there any rackmounting kit at all for the new TI2 Desktop which I can buy ? If yes how to implement ? Do I have to replace the whole front plate ???

no I didn´t !
I have had another Desktop (B) earlier with rackmounting of course.
Than I sold this one and moved to an Virus C Indigio Redback.
Yesterday I bought the new Desktop and I never thought about that it can´t be rackmounted.

Can you confirm that there is no option to do so ?

AFAIK there's an optional rackmount kit for the TI2 Desktop, but I'm not sure whether it is already available for ordering

It was mentioned somewhere earlier in this forum in one of the threads about TI2 line, I guess.
Try looking thru those, maybe you'll find it ;)

After getting the reply from Access I am wondering that I can not find the rackmount kit in any internet stores.


However, the answer from Access is:

thank you very much for your email.
The Rackmountkit is an optional Accessory, so you can
buy it separately at your Authorised Access Dealer.
The price is 39,90€ RRP (UVP).
