Hi,

i just downloaded and installed Virus Control 3.0.3.00 from the access website (http://www.access-music.de/downloads.php4?product=virustidesktop#cat18 (http://www.access-music.de/downloads.php4?product=virustidesktop#cat18))

I did not uninstall the previous version (2.7.5) but the installation went fine.
When i load a project in Cubase4, the midi timing is off sometimes :-( never had this problem...:(
got my Snow connected trough usb (midi and audio).
With the previous VC i had no problems whatsover.

Any tips or advice?
got some questions too..
1.How can i do a hard reset on my TI Snow?
2.How can i install the 2.7.5 software again, if this problem cant be fixed?

thank you,

1. Just by pulling the power supply out of the Snow for 10 seconds.

2. Download the old version from the Acces support page (scroll all the way down) and install 2.7.5 on you Snow / PC after uninstalling all 3.0.3 related stuff on your computer.

The midi timing is off with the Mac/RTAS version as well. Has been off with every release so far & access STILL has not done anything about it.

Maybe you already know this, and if so, please ignore, but Protools LE has no plugin delay compensation, so you have to manual adjust for latency in Protools with Time Adjust. Without delay compensation, I don't think there is much Access can do since it is a limitation of the host itself.

Yeah, yeah I know all about the lack of delay compensation, that is NOT the problem.
