so i got myself a virus TI snow in europe (where i live most of the time) but right now im out in america on tour
got a step up transformer to up the voltage, is it safe to plug it in now ?? hehe

As long as the transformer you have is fine then it shouldn't be a problem.
I have lived in a country with different voltage to my home town for a fair while now, and the transformer I bought to power my gear hasn't failed me yet.

the new PSUs are all auto switching, so you just need the right cable. check your PSU first for 110v compatibility, it should have voltage range info on the back, just to be save.
