Hey Guys,
I'm just starting to immerse myself in recording and whilst I am making quite a bit of progress I've hit a wall. I bought the Virus TI Polar not too long ago and as you know can treat the virus as a VST and record midi from it. My question is how do i convert this midi track to audio once I've made the changes I want to it. In cubase i can only select one driver (virus or Yamaha audio bus). If the virus is selected i can record midi fine but to record audio i require the yamaha to be selected, but then i can't open the virus as a vst and thus can't record the midi as audio. Any help would be great.
Cheers

uh...

why not just record / write the midi notes... and then render them as audio?
