Virus Snow of of tune

One day when i booted up my Virus Snow it was +1 out of tune. I know there is a tune control for every voice but is there a general tune setting? Or what could be wrong?

I forgot how to reset the Snow. I think it was something about holding down a button while plugging in the power cord. I googled it but can only find info on the original virus or the kb..

Did you hit SHIFT + transpose while powering off?

disconnect all from virus and the wall, wait 30 sec, connect first the power cablet to the outlet and now push and keep the tap tempo button meanwhile u connect the powercable to virus snow, hold the tap tempo button for about 20 sec and release the button...wait until the main preset screen comes up and now everything should be at default settings

Ive had the same problem, In logic its -2 out of tune, in Ableton its +1. I'll try the reset method mentioned above and see how that goes...

Ok, ive reset it and now its +2 out in Ableton! This is fuckn annoying. i cant go adjusting this thing every time i load a preset.

Any other suggestions anyone?
