access virus ti desktop - blank screen after power on, there is no characters at all. no midi recognition. it only works under usb mode as a plugin, selecting another audio output device. tried several times to reset it with EDIT and EXIT button, no changes.. any suggestion would be appreciated!

Sorry to be of no use whatsoever, but it really does sound like your Virus is knackered. You imply it works when connected via USB to your DAW, yet there's no screen activity and no MIDI. Get it logged with Access Tech support. (@_@)
