Does anyone know if it is possible to set the range the virus knobs respond to.
Eg. I want to sweep from 30-62 ONLY. and not be able to sweep from 0-127.
Hi, I don't think that's possible.

Ok, well this would be a cool idea. The only work around I can think of is using the DAW's Automation lanes and limiting the range. but I feel this takes away the natural feel of knob tweaking!

I would use an external midi controller such as the Novation SL series, you can set min & max value on the knobs.

You can limit the range of soft knobs (or any MIDI controller) by assigning them in the mod matrix.

Please elaborate on this :D

Please elaborate on this :D
For example -
In Voice Edit, set up soft knob 1 as any MIDI contoller (e.g. "Control 09").
In the mod matrix, assign Control 09 to Filter 1 Cutoff.
If you set the mod amount to +10, knob's full range will only add 10 to the cutoff. This also works with the mod wheel, or any sliders/faders your controller keyboard may have.
Note that you can't limit the range of the Virus' hardwired knobs (e.g the Filter Cutoff knob) - but then, why would you want to? ;)
