Moog little phatty VST editor

Moog his releasing a VST editor for the little phatty $69, is this for both stage one and 2? I know this is the wrong forum but I also know many of you have one and this might actually make me go out and get one.

Im not crazy about it only being a VST... i'm an AU guy. I wonder if it will work in a kore wrapper.
