I'm having problems rendering my track

I'm using an access virus TI external synth as my lead sound.
I know I have to basically realtime render (bounce) the midi track down to audio but when I do so the track is not in sync with the rest of my arrangment. realtime rendering is introducing some kind of latency which is a pain in the arse as I've got a squillion midi controllers going on as it is let alone having to worry about this.

why is it happening? can someone explain so I can get my head round this problem

thanks and merry christmas

Have you tried resampling that track (on solo mode)... I've done that before and I think it worked pretty well.

Some pictures of how your going about this would be swell. I'm having the same issue.

I think this video tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RErp6xR-k9w)covers this issue (starting at 1:45mins):

i route the output of the midi channel with the virus ti into an audio track input and just record it....then i edit it like any other audio...
make sure plugin delay compensation is checked....or use the live button on Virus Control...
