It so subjective

Ref : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense_of_time

Short-term

Although the sense of time is not associated with a specific sensory system, the work of psychologists (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychologist) and neuroscientists (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroscientist) indicates that human brains do have a system governing the perception (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perception) of time (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time).[5] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense_of_time#cite_note-4) This is a highly distributed system including the cerebral cortex (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerebral_cortex), cerebellum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerebellum) and basal ganglia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basal_ganglia) as its components. One particular component, the suprachiasmatic nuclei (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suprachiasmatic_nucleus), is responsible for the circadian (or daily) rhythm (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circadian_rhythm), while other cell clusters appear to be capable of shorter-range (ultradian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultradian)) timekeeping. The sense of time is impaired in some people with neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkinson%27s_disease) and attention deficit disorder (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Attention_deficit_disorder).
Human perception of duration is subjective and variable. For example, time may appear to slow or drag as one eagerly anticipates the arrival of a specific event. A school day may seem endless for a student who is waiting for the bell indicating that school is finished for the day. The traditional proverb describing this effect is "a watched pot never boils".[6] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense_of_time#cite_note-5)[7] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense_of_time#cite_note-6)
Psychoactive drugs can also impair the perception of time. Stimulants (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stimulants) can lead both humans and rats to overestimate time intervals[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense_of_time#cite_note-7)[9] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense_of_time#cite_note-8) while depressants (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depressants) can have the opposite effect.[10] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense_of_time#cite_note-9) The level of activity in the brain of neurotransmitters (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurotransmitters) such as dopamine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dopamine) and adrenaline (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adrenaline) may be the reason for this. Errors in estimated time intervals might be caused by varying levels of neurotransmitters in the brain.[11] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense_of_time#cite_note-10)
People who have been hypnotized (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypnosis) underestimate the duration of their trance.[12] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense_of_time#cite_note-11)
In an experiment comparing a group of subjects aged between 19 and 24 and a group between 60 and 80 asked to estimate when they thought 3 minutes had passed, it was found that the younger group's estimate was on average 3 minutes and 3 seconds, while the older group averaged 3 minutes and 40 seconds;[13] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sense_of_time#cite_note-12) time seemed to pass more quickly for the older group.

Think Im getting older and shortly I will be aged than I was when I first read the news on the release, yet I was then younger and seem to have aged less than when I was first born.

Thought I'd have some fun so apologies if anyone thought this had been released, which it must have been as it was presented at NAMM2010 and in the promo video/audio files. But time catches me out and I can't remember when shortly was announced...seems a while ago now then was.
