Wow ! thats awesome...
great sounds and nicely made video too...i like the whole black and white feel...it looks like the start of a cool music video with u plugging in all the cables and stuff...
hey so....i've never used analog gear like this.
If my guess is correct, the resonator acts as an oscillator and then it goes through a delay/feedback sort of module - memory lane, and then the moogerfoogers are filters and modulation ?? is there an envelope generator in the moogerfoogers?
or it seems like the resonator is a filter and the moogerfoogers have the oscillators ...hmmm i'm confused.....
and what were u doing in the video ?it looked like u would start the signal at the resonator
i'm gonna pause and read some of the stuff on your video...
:)
cool...
thanks..

That was completely badass! Love some patch cable/knob twisting madness- and that was very creative use of electrical signal manipulator-zation. Way Kewl.

I'm getting tin box of angry wasps being tossed around the hold of a wildly pitching and yawing 50s flying saucer, as a deranged alien radio operator, whimpering and groaning, vainly hunts through stratospheric static for a signal from the dark star.
Tasteful filming, too. 5:45 minutes of pure entertainment, thank you :-)

GREAT video and sounds!! Albeit from a totally digital means, can do all this with my big orange beast, Waldorf's Microwave XT rack....I have OFTEN thought of adding a Moogfooger 101 just to add analog warmth as XT has an external input that i have put a DSI Evolver through but am thinking moogfooger might just be a Christmas present to me from my cat this year! Thanks alot for this and I know this is somewhat of an older thread but this video is TIMELESS!!! You helped me make my decision!

namnibor, you have a great cat! :D
VERY dog-like and incredibly smart! Even with headphones on while playing keys, he lays beneath one of the stands upside down spread-eagle....will certainly post a pic someday in Off Topic.
I am wondering if anyone has ever used a MoogFooger to put a Korg Wavestation through since it lacks resonant filters? I have the Wavestation SR Rack that has all the ROM of most cards Korg ever produced. Then again, will also ask how people have used your Virus (any model but my case is both a KB and KC) as an effects unit whilst not losing any ployphony as the manual states of various configs to do this? Thinking that albeit digital, but running Wavestation SR output through Virus filters...in that config, I KNOW that affects use of the Virus but since I have two...? Thanks in advance!
