Hey guys,
I'm trying to route a drumloop in Live 7 through the Virus Snow, essentially using it as an effect. On the audio channel containing the drumloop, I've set the 'Audio To' to go to the Virus, however, I've got no sound. I've looked through the manual, but can't find any explanation of how I need to set the Virus up to accomplish this. Thanks,
Jeff

u got the first part right...next open an input patch on the snow...and on the config page of the snow set 3out 1 in....

Great, thanks for the suggestion. I'll give it a shot when I get home.

just an additional bit of info....instead of the input patch if u open up an atomizer patch..then u can atomize the drum loop...u will need a midi keyboard connected for this..or u can use u'r computer keybrd...different keys loop different note lengths....its fun
:)
edit :
in ableton, u will need to enable the track too...to hear it...or switch monitoring from auto to in...I think....

Great! That would probably have been my next question, so thanks! I can't wait to try this out. Much appreciated.

Ok, I gave this a shot tonight, but I can't see where to set the "3 Output / 1 Input" on the config menu. Ughh! So frustrating being new to hardware :)
