View Full Version : can't log into access virus site... anyone experiencing this?

hello, my TI desktop is crashing my logic 8, so i tried to go to the access music site and download the latest updates to see if that would help out... for some reason i'm unable to log in (not due to password/username stuff) just the "log in" button is faded out/un-clickable.

browser looks like it's loading but it's not coming up. anyone having trouble accessing the site? i wanna play with my TI. haha.

What browser do you use? Their site and forum aren't fully compatible with Opera, for instance. I usually use Chrome for Access only.

hi roby. i use safari. i also downloaded firefox to try it on that browser, but to no avail. i cannot access the access virus site. i want to download the new os, because logic is still crashing when i try to open my ti desktop as a software instrument.

this never happened before a few months ago, it was was working fine. one day, bam. no worky.

You appear on the members list on the forum so the account has not been deleted. Does requesting a new password work?

I can log in but not post any threads in the forum? I mailed the support and they said that it was strange and told me to register again after they unregistered.

Does not work after that so they have a big problem at access forum.

The thing is that i cant find any buttons for posting threads, strange!

I have tried several browsers but no luck, I use iMac with OS X 10.6.

Even tried with a PC at my work but it does not work, so what is wrong?

The "can't post" trouble is -usual- of browsers else than IE and Chrome on the Virus forum. They should have whoever they bought their platform from check why it happens. I personally would register again, then request a new password (which is a procedure that the system does on its own) and then modify it again in my profile after a successful login. I did this in the past and it worked.

still haven't had success here. thanks for responses.

i sent them an email requesting help. my virus is a paperweight now for a month or more and it's really bothering me.

still crashing logic, and i'm still unable to log into the site.

i did download mozilla firefox to try (to make sure safari on my mac wasn't the culprit) but still couldn't get to the website.

i just want to download the newest version to see if it works with logic 8.

mac osx 10.5, logic 8. 4 gigs ram. TI paperweight. sam parsec... sad.

hey roby thanks again for your responses.

i can't re-register because my serial number is already registered to my other account. if there's a way around that that i've misunderstood from your post i'd love to know about it... i'm getting sort of infuriated about this whole problem.

edit: i also tried again in firefox, and downloaded IE to try it but IE for mac just sucks something fierce wouldn't load that main part of the site/graphics. and it didn't work on mozilla.

If you could e-mail the support (link here http://www.virus.info/page/render/lang/en/p/15/do/Support_contact_and_resources.html ) they could deactivate and reactivate your account, or create a new one with your serial, I guess. My account was non-functioning at one time and it got back working after e-mailing them. For the cost, it's worth a try
