Hi all,

I have recently joined the group and just wanted to touch base with you all. I have been using the Virus T1 desktop now for a few years and I produce music under the guises Sexual Deviants, Perspex People and my own name Derek Paterson.....so far!!

I have a new EP just coming out on Kula Records and as most of the synth work has been done using the virus I would love to get some feedback from all you guys who might care to have a listen to the tracks. In the main my productions are mostly house and electronic music.

I would also be interested in adding some info about using the Virus with Apple Logic and maybe some tutorials on my own website or on here. If that would be of interest to any then please say so.

You can find existing info about me on my web sites addresses below. I also run my own web consultancy so if anyone needs help or advice on how to promote their music or business online then I would also be happy to help out any fellow musicians and artists.

The new EP sounds good man. I'm not usually into deep house as I find it boring & monotonous but your stuff was fresh sounding & you kept it interesting. Nice work.

Cheers mate, had a few releases on Bonzai but not 'signed' to any particular label. I use Pro tools & Live & a whole bunch of plug-ins but I pretty much use Battery 3 for beats, Stylus RMX for loops & the Virus for everything else. I started following you on Soundcloud so I can keep up with new releases.
I also do a monthly podcast featuring a wide range of electronic music & have featured stuff from several people on this forum already ; ) You can check it out on my site.
