Please don't bite me for this. This is simply a question.
For some, JJOS replaced the Akai OS on the newer MPC's. The developer of JJOS was at an advantage as he worked for Akai before they went Nu-Akai.
Anyway, the question is, are there any programmers here that would be willing to dabble, FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND FOR PERSONAL RESEARCH/ENJOYMENT, with the Virus OS to possibly extend, fix, transform (and break, because it happens).
I've done some ASM in the past myself, and although my knowledge is limited, I would be up for having a dabble at reverse engineering the Virus OS and extending its capabilities.
It's a long shot, but anyone here up for forming a group and giving it a whirl?
