I'm getting a Darkstar, and I was wondering if it's possible to load up my KC's patches to the Darkstar using Virus Commander?

Yes, just put the .mid files in the Virus Ti folder and you can import them in the VC browser.

I'm not sure what you mean by "sessions", but if you have them in sysex files, it will work as well.
