Panning no longer works with new interface?

Hm. Weird problem here. Surely a simple fix.

I picked up an audiobox USB interface and hooked it up so that my computer sends to the virus>compressor>interface>computer.

So everything sounds great and is working fine except for one small issue...

When I try to pan something, there is some sort of effect, but the sound still comes out of both speakers. Wtf. Anyone know what I might need to do?
