one key stopped working((( help

Hello,
i have a problem with my Virus Ti2 polar
one of the keys is not working... i think it happened after my concert...
anyway can i fix it myself?
please help me!

Sounds like it may still be under warranty. Maybe you should mail Access Support and find out if there's a service center near you. I had my keybed fixed (one key having issues with aftertouch)

This thread relates to a problem I have just discovered with the aftertouch on one key on my Virus C that is not working when pressed.

I have successfully controlled the aftertouch on the Virus with another synth, so the actual aftertouch is working.

Does anyone have an idea of how I can fix it? (I´ll try a factory reset when I get home later)

Hopefully it's just a bit of dust that cause poor contact...
