[solved] !! Virus Ti stuck in "USB Update Mode" !!!

Hello to everyone!
Yesterday as I've tried to install new OS
my Virus ti stuck in "USB UpdateMode"

I've alredy tried unpluging,pluging again with Exit|ArpEdit buttons
tried different usb ports, nothing helped
Now it shows the only massage on a screen - USB UpdateMode
I've already sent a massage to a Access Support - but still no
response..

Let me know if have any thoughts about this...

Finally solved!
ideally test this on a different computer system ! and also exchange the USB cable to exclude this possible source of error

Lol that is so typical of access...try the update on a computer that might work with our crappy software because it hasn't been tested properly :rolleyes:

I had the same issue with the supplied USB cable way back, whenever i first joined the forum.

I got another one from some electronics retail store and it was fine since.
