midi channel problem.. virus b..

Hi,
My virus is ignoring MIDI IN. I searched the manual and all I could find was the MIDI Dump RX menu which was enabled. Any ideas?

Which DAW or program are you sending from?

cubase 5. I changed MIDI cables and I managed to get triggering MIDI IN (from MIDI keyboard). But the midi track of cubase is not recognized. Midi channel setup is supposed to be ok. Global channel 1.

Cubase does have filtering for sysex somewhere in the settings/prefs.
I use Ableton now so cant look for you.
