Well first of all, NOBODY wants to watch a video of the back of someones head for 40 minutes. Also half your gear is out of shot which is also irritating because as far as I can tell your whole video is about you tweaking around in your studio. You really need to change camera angle a few times at least also.
The improv idea is always hit or miss but around 18 minutes in I had to turn it off because of a highly annoying high pitched squeal coming from the video. I was also seriously bored at this point anyway. Not sure what you are trying to achieve with this but as the title suggest's it's a long way to the top, & this is a long way off.
