All Massive presets reset after switching to a new computer

I recently switched to a more powerful computer and placed all my massive presets on my desktop. However, when I load my projects from my old computer onto my new one all the presets reset to the default patch, "untitled sound". I've tried re scanning the database but nothing.

Does anyone know how to fix this ?
