Arp sync with ableton problem

Hi,

I find the arp on the virus TI to be so hit and miss, sometimes it's in sync with ableton, sometimes not. It's extremely frustrating.

I have the latest 5.1.7.00 update, on mac OS X ​10.12.6 - ableton 10 latest version.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
