Audio Noise through TRS jacks

I'm getting unwanted noise through my my TI's TRS and headphone jacks and not SPDIF and USB outputs.
I have no inputs and have isolated the synth from all other mixers/instruments.
Has anyone else had this issue? It's been fully updated
