I have a trouble with my Virus Ti2 desktop, and i hope someone can help me.
In short. Lfo 1 LED (only this) not light up any more, but I can hear the lfo1 parameter work well. I tried to downgrade os to previsius version, from v4.5.3.00 to (v4.5.1.15 and v4.5.0.16)
but nothing. I tried to make reset procedure (ARP-EDIT) and set LED mode in "Lfo mode" in the config settings, but nothing news about this.

I have contact access support. and after i sent them an inquiry with same detail, their technical wrote to me. " I cannot exclude a hardware problem".
can i understand if this is a hardware or software trouble?
if is it a hardware issue can i might cause other damage to my virus working with it?

Hi, I was just wondering if it's possible to scroll through the presets list onscreen via the Ti buttons?

I know you can flick through banks and patches on the hardware but this doesn't scroll through the onscreen patches, but I'd like to be able to scroll through the patches onscreen on the software. At the moment the only way I can do it is by double clicking the mouse on each preset onscreen.

Any ideas or help would really be appreciated.
Thanks

Waiting on a response form the seller.

Is this likely to be circuitry or can it be fixed easily? (for those that have experienced this kind of thing)

I dont mind a partial refund if its repairable as I got a fairly good deal.

Hello, first post here and I am looking for some help.

Just bought a Virus KB (First ever hard synth) and need help with a bit of set up, couldnt find what I was looking for when searching.

Three part question so please bare with me.

1, Can anyone tell me record the Virus KB directly into Logic?

2, How can I set up the Virus KB to work as a midi controller?

3, How can I set it up to control other desktop synths (ie, Tetra, Mopho etc)?

Sorry that I am asking a lot, but I dont have a manual and I have only ever used soft synths before.

So I am grateful for any help.

When I assign the modwheel to control osc 1 or 2 pitch (or both) and draw a line of automation, the pitch does not adjust smoothly... rather it goes up or down in "bumps" and sounds like an engine slowly revving... anyone ever dealt with this? I can upload an example if needed.

Hi Everyone,

I've already got in touch with access but thought maybe some of you've seen this before.

I have first generation TI Keyboard with OS 4.5.3 and it's not booting up.
While i was turn it off with Power On/Off button the power cable at the back of TI came off before the device complete turned off.
I tried starting with holding ARP EDIT + plugging power cable while all other cables unplugged.
Two LEDs (BPM and Logo LED) start flashing back and fourth but it still doesn't power on.

I also tried powering on while holding EXIT button. Display at this point very bright but no text is display. Just blank.
I kept holding for few minutes but it never went in to a USB update mode.

I know TI is still good. Maybe it needs the firmware reloaded.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
