It's just big plus that you're more blues player! I hate players who think the speed is the essence, which is not. They tap stupid minor scales in 32th's with 180bpm and think it sounds good. It doesn't sound good, it sounds like technique practice. Play the track in your own style. Add your own licks & stuff. I don't want speed, I want it to just sound good. I can add a short blues part there for you to play solo on if you want to.
Actually there sohuldn't even be any fast parts. For example on the Trakus-like part in the beginning the guitar goes just the C-c-G-F# loop ("C" is lower C and "c" is C one octave higher) on every bar. There the shortest note is 1/4 (but it has high tempo so it's a bit faster than usual 1/4's).
