Virus Indigo 1 - unable to save global settings
 

Hello! I just purchased a Virus Indigo - it is in excellent condition and came with original packaging. Everything seems to function correctly but the changes I make to global settings, at least the settings I tried to make immediately (midi rx channel and midi soft thru) are not saved when I power down. I'm having trouble finding anything about this specific issue which is the reason for my post here. Does anyone have any ideas? The seller indicated he had changed the battery somewhat recently but could that be the problem?

A dead battery could certainly cause that. Maybe it was longer ago than he thought, or wasn't a good quality battery.
