[unsolved] hellish noise after TI2 startup

Sometimes when the TI2 is started the first note triggers a hellish noise. The unit was reset just a few days ago.

I can't reproduce this any more, maybe reinstalling the 5.1.7 several times and a factory reset in between helped?
