Brand New Virus Ti Is Faulty

My Ti's Pitch Bend Has Never Worked Since I Bought It Brand New From Turnkey

And Now Its Got To Be Returned. Gutted

Has Anybody Else Had This Problem?

I had a problem with my first two TI's. One of them had snaps and spark sounds coming out of it...the other had a Pitchbend problem. You didnt buy it from B-Stock within the last 2 months did you?

Yes, I had this exact issue. Everything else worked except the pitch wheel.

SoundControl here in the UK ordered a replacement TI and called me when it was there so I could carry on using mine (allbeit without pitch bend) until the replacement arrived.

Hi did they ever explain what the problem was as my polar has the same problem no Pitchbend or mod wheel working
