ian-

It is not so much that you need to do midi dumping or sys ex, as it is to "reroute" the cc#'s to respond to the same funtion on both the TI and The Korg. I don't own either so I can't tell you if your harrdware is capable of it.
I can say that I have performed the same functions with different gear, and Access virus powercore.......mapping my oxegen 8 so I can automate filter sweeps, etc...
I know in digital performer, there are continous data and controller options to filter these messages and redirect them to the appropriate cc#. While a host sequencer makes it easy, I doub't that it can't be done hardware to hardware......

Apparently with the help of the mod-matrix, I send X to CC1 & Y to CC2 then in the matrix appoint CC1 to say.....CC40, and CC2 to CC 41. This has to be done per patch, but three sends can be sent per slot. So I can tweak the filter cutoff, the FM amount & modulation with one lateral slide of the finger! :D Yay! Sorry, but this manual does me little good if I don't have the proper context to apply it with.

Sometimes you have to leave the manual behind and think creative. Especially when it comes to making different brands of gear work together...
