Can anyone help me with a VC patch?

Hello there,

I've attached a MIDI file of a patch I'm working on, in the hope that some kind soul can tell me why there's a kind of booming noise at the start of the patch - (I'm trying to get rid of it). It's supposed to be an ambient sweep type of chillout thing. I've fiddled with the envelopes e.t.c but can't seem to pin down what's causing it. Any help would be appreciated

Nice pad!! Strange, I can't hear any sort of booming noise at ALL! Sounds fine to me... :?

I can't listen to that pad, but I'd guess you get rid of the booming noise (if there is any, that is) if you set the envelope to control also the resonance of the filters.

I think it's something to do with the fact it's got loads of reverb on it. Blueswan, if you can't hear it then maybe it's a glitch on my synth, i'll have to look into it. It sounds like a faint reverberated kickdrum as soon as you press a key - then it goes into the sweep.

Slower amp envelope attack could be the solution here.
