Cool stuff, it's good that they have acknowledged the bad GUI response in Windows 7 as a known issue. I think I'll wait for that to be resolved before upgrading from XP.

I can't find a way to bypass the usb hub warning. the new quad core imacs have internal hubs (the hub my virus is plugged into also has the IR receiver [whatever that is] and built-in isight [which isn't being used] - so the hub is not being used by anything but my virus). Well, anyway - when I load up my virus I get the 'active hub detected' warning with Virus control and a stethoscope - and I can find a way to bypass it.

Marc I know it is not technically Access's issue, what is the future for Cubase 5 and Access Virus VST3 with sidechaining/instrument input please?

Thanks

Still no concrete RTAS support.

Plug in loads, no sound.

I'd like to know this too.

Surely since Access and Steinberg are both German companies, one can simply get together with the other for a few beers and decide on a fix ;)

Well Seems this update is shagged on Windows 7x64.

Everytime I try installing it does and automatic rollback and fails driver install part way through.

Gone back to 3.3, but then that is why they are Betas ;)

Hope to see a fix in 2010 :D

MIne installed almost perfectly in my xp32 partition. I say almost beacuse while the firmware installation progress was about 50% it stuck for a while and then went 100% immediately. After that everything was fine, even the arp I couldn't control from the VC... Anyway well done access so far
