Also, along Monobeat's smackdown

Can we not bother people with "How can I make this sound/patch"!!!!!!
For F**k sake, why did you buy the TI in the first place.
Do you think that there was a forum for the original producers of that sound, that they used others to get where they are now? Wake up.
Also, the TI is awesomely complex that even it doesn't know what it's capable of. Use this piece of equipment as tool!!
If your that impatient, just push "Randomize" forever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or rather can we not make angry posts about nothing that go nowhere.

Yes I do think all music makers listened to others and used other peoples knowledge to get where they are.
How are you suggesting we used to do it?

Internet forums are not the only repositories of knowledge you know.

Or do you think everyone is an original and created every note/sound/machine by themselves?

Teamwork and "Standing on the shoulders of Giants" as Newton said, is the way most people learn.

Querying how to achieve certain effects and sounds are completely valid if they've done some ground work, like read/understand the manual, and that they're are polite/respectful. It's always interesting to talk about the synthesis side of things. The Virus is a complex synth, I'm still learning new techniques on mine and I've had it 5yrs or more.

Forums are a valuable learning tool for boosting knowledge and sharing ideas and wisdom. There's no obligation to post if you don't wish to.

I occasionally wish some people would read the manual though (not just here, but on all tech forums). It's not used for packing material!

It dosnt bother me, I like listening to the mp3s of the origonal sounds and the mp3s of the attempts to recreate them.
