Spare part needed: LCD plastic for TI2

Hi, I wonder if anyone might be able to point me in the right direction please, I have a TI2 that has some accidental damage to the exterior surface of the LCD display plastic, would anyone happen to either have this part that they would be willing to sell me or know of anywhere that might have one. If not then I might be interested in buying a complete TI2 housing if anyone has a dead or non working Virus TI2 that's only good for spares. Many thanks

Some cleaning solution corroded the plastic LCD window and I need to replace it if anyone happens to have one that they would like to sell me. Thanks

Before trying to replace the plastic, try to "clean" it gently with toothpaste (try 2 or 3 times). Toothpaste is micro abrasive and can get ride of opacity . sorry for the late answer

Thanks, it didn't really make a difference but it does smell minty fresh! I can't get the part so no way I can replace it unfortunately.

forget the toothpaste, since your lcd looks wasted, you may try a more agressive polish. I've had very good result on a mpc2500 screen with a plastic headlights polish.

this was purchased for my old BMW Z3 but turned out to be quite effective on the scratches I had on my MPC.

Thanks, I'll try that - I have no idea why it went like this, it could have been something like an air freshener that was used in the room that maybe had a reactive chemical in it because another couple of LCD displays were also corroded too. The surface of the plastic is no longer smooth, it feels matte and rough.
