no sound from parts 4-16
 

here's what's going on. for some reason, i have no sound coming from parts 4-16 in my multi programs. they're sending to the proper outs and i've tried different midi channels to make sure it wasn't my sequencer. for some reason parts 1-3 are fine. and it seems to be that way for every multi program. help?

are the parts enabled and assigned to the desired midi channels?
