How to get this bassline sound?
 

I've come close, but not close enough... :? do you think it's a real bass, a synth or a mixup... what effects would you recommend to get a similar result? Is it possible with a Virus? If not: I got a bass-guitar, too... but can I get this sound out of it???
This artist (Alan Braxe) always has that kind of basslines... so damn funky! :shock:

Sampled bass.

Sounded like some sampled bass guitar. Im listening to it on my laptop speakers...so I cant be truly sure.
