Im an Idiot
So I have been using Logic for almost a year now and while my mixes sound great on my monitors they suck when I get them in the club or my car. After struggling and even buying Mackie 824's I still could not get a good sound when I mixed down.
Well this week I made a startling discovery. When bouncing down my sound files I was bouncing (L) + (R) for Pro tools while I should have been bouncing (Interleaved). And bang!! Now My stuff is sounding 1000 times better. I wish there was a Logic god I could just ask these questions and get answers  How would I have ever know that little fact?? |
no stereo width? :)

That sure is stupid... I always use the protools L & R bounce cuz if i wanna mix it in a large studio with pro tools i'm compatible.
