Contour explained

I don't understand it, the contour parameter. The manual says that it is used for zooming into the wave. Can you tell me more about the contour parameter?

the contour parameter helps shape the lfo...but you have to be careful because you only need slight amounts...i have notice it you put it all positive you dont hear much of a difference or put it all negative its the same thing...it makes it so the sweep of the LFO lasts longer on one end of the LFO...you will here is on filters much easier...pretty much it makes i hang on either the up sweep or down sweep...

hope this helps

peace

Also the contour works like a pulse width modulation/wave shaper for basic wave forms. Saw morphs to triangle and square, sine also morphs to triangle and square, triangle morphs to up or down ramp, etc.
