Virus D is a bit outdated for my use. I'll prefer my Virus kF. The air control feature is awesome! No more iknob twisting. I love it! Although I wish the sixth oscillator would have more than 128 sweepable waveforms, but it'll do.

By the way is it true that if every patch uses six oscillators the polyphony will be dropped to 64? I've noticed some dropping notes which are annoying especially when you use the vocal synth section. The words just get cutted off and it sounds crappy. I hope this is normal and my Virus kF isn't broken...

They guy at eBay told me it was a new virus d. I didnt know the f version was out. I cant find an f version at access music site.

The specs you quote arnt on mine. I have got 32 note poly and 3 oscilators. Its black and red coloured.

I was just kidding. Sorry. 32 polyphony seems to be Virus C. Black with red leds, right? Seems pretty weird that the seller doesn't know what synth he's selling. I'd be cautious.

Edit: By the way you can send private message to Gen if you wish. Just click that "You have no new messages" on the upper menu where the search and logout links are. Then just click "New post" and address the message to Gen.
