Start by emailing Access tech support, and then finding the distributor in your country. Hopefully it is not a serious problem and wont cost too much to repair, but you will be without a Virus for a little while. Good luck mate! :) |
Thanks
i will try mailing access support! :) |
The virus is pretty easy to get apart...and since you got it second-hand, you don't have to worry about mucking with the warranty (which would probably be long expired for a B, anyway). You could have a look around inside without risking any further damage to the unit (granted that you're not having a look at it outside during a thunderstorm....)

i just got a reply from access, i asked them if there was a fuse in the virus, and they sayd that there isent a fuse :?
well i will call my local virus dealer tomorrow and see if he can fix it.. |
try the fuse in the plug
|
Inside the access kc the power supply is connected to the mainboard by a plug, this plug is know to fall out under some conditions. To fix this all you need to do is open the virus and plug it back in.

Just open it and check if everything looks as it?s supposed to (no loose wires, plugs, etc.) and if everything looks fine, take it to repairs...
