Servicing Mam FB383
 

Hi folks. Can anyone help me out a bit here pls. I have a freebass 383 and the cutoff and master volume knobs are playing up. I`m thinking dirty pots but the odd thing is how those two dials feel different from the others.
Those particular two dials have a small amount of tension and if u pull them a little as u turn, they work fine. However, release the dial and the sound cuts out completely. Its a little different from the classic `dirty pots` scenario i think.

Just wondered if anyone could shed some light on this for me :-)
